Yahoo! certainly hasn't, despite the fact that more than a week has gone by since this glitch first appeared. This does not reflect well on the company at all.
FYI, the missing questions are not deleted, but they are not being properly indexed, so they do not show up in the category listing or in the Yahoo! Answers search feature. But some questions are being indexed by Google before they disappear and remain accessible through its search results. Use category names and topic keywords in your search query to find the missing questions. Let me give a random example. If you want to see what questions people have posted in the Global Warming category within the last week, give this Google search query a try.

No one has found one yet and will likely be after the stupid Double Points promotion is over that everything goes back to normal.

I doubt it is 'broke' but it is definitely 'broken'.As far as I know, no attempt has been made to repair what ails the site so we must wait & see.
