If the "all" is one, why do the many appear separate, and in the center of their own reality (if all of reality is one reality)?
From my perspective, i see the inside of my (the?) mind, and the outside world... one appears to be seen only by me (at least where in the mind that I am observing appears to be known by this body alone) ... the other seems to be seen by all (but in a different location, through a different body... so all in all not at all the same). If the all is whole, As one... then am I observing through this body only by chance of progress through the all? The ideas in my mind follow a law that I can not understand... so why is there this part calling "I ,ME, MYSELF" and refusing to see what is right before itself... but says it sees nothing but of this mind and body? It says "that is only darkness", "i am different than all of nature, unique!", "there is an answer, question according to the law of your mind and find the answer"... but the questions only bounce my mind off its walls (?).

Let me give you an analogy to consider. I presume you have a tv in your home? You see programmes while you sit comfortably on your sofa, in your livingroom, inside your house, on your property. Generally you feel safe and secure. This is your reality!
You may watch the news where you see reports of wars, or far distant disasters, or even things which have happened closer to home which you havent experienced directly. Is this not real, part of your "outside"?
You may also see sci-fi films in which you may come totally absorbed for a while. They are part of your "internal" reality. You are sitting there watching, but they are just made up.
What you perceive is unique to you. You are still a part of that "outside" reality though. Just make sure you know the difference, it isn't always easy to tell.

Sense perceptions, such as aural perception of the sound of a drum, visual perception of a beautiful woman, or perception of the delicious taste of a milk preparation by the tongue, all come through different senses and are therefore differently understood. Therefore sensory knowledge is divided in different categories, although actually everything is one as a manifestation of the energy of the Supreme Lord. Similarly, the energies of fire are heat and illumination, and by these two energies fire can display itself in many varieties, or in diversified sense perception. Hand is hand, leg is leg, body is body, and yet all together they are one, but different at the same time. Everything is one because the Supreme Absolute Truth Sri Krishna is the supreme cause of everything.
The concept of oneness is incorrect because the part cannot be equal to the whole. Knowledge that one is one in quality yet different in quantity is correct transcendental knowledge leading one to become full in himself, having nothing to aspire to or lament over. There is no duality in his mind because whatever he does, he does for the Supreme Truht. Being thus freed from the platform of dualities, he is liberated—even in this material world.

Okay. First understand that every object, thought or being is there things: everything, something and nothing. Why are we all of those things? Because the universe is a mashup between infinity and non-existence. Infinity carries with it certain paradoxes. An infinite list includes its opposite and in fact negates itself. So an infinite reality would be nonexistent. But an infinite NONEXISTENCE cancels itself out and exist. So those things that ARE are discrete (not the whole) but they are all representative of the whole and made out of nothing!
I hope that answers your conundrum.

Everything appears separate, because it seems so to us,from our limited perspective. But there are thousands of parts to a car,and we see the whole, because the car is small enough and we have physical eyes. The universe has billions of parts, but we cannot see the whole, because it is so big,and our eyes are so small.
