Endless restart loop windows 10? possible to fix or?

Hi,

I'm trying to fix my mothers old laptop in order to sell it. I installed windows 10 on it from 7, and formated it. I chose from recovery settings "remove everything and reinstall". It worked out well, until the installation said 64% and then endlessly restarts and theres nothing I can do about it.

It repeatedly restarts, and I can't even type shift + F11 to access command. Is the laptop gone or any last tips I can try? :(

    Let the battery drain out. You can turn it on again. It might work and if it does, try to enter the safe mode for the first time.
