you can eat nothing but pizza and every day and lose weight. weight loss is not what you eat but how much you eat. eat about 2000 calories a day and you will lose 1-2 pounds a week which is realistic. exercise will speed it up but eat mostly carbs to keep up your energy levels. Good luck
