Hey,
Definitely you can lose weight without exercise. Go with slow carb diet which is very effective if you are not doing any exercise.

Yes you could lose weight that way by skipping breakfast, and eating only lunch, with no exercise. However it would be better to portion out the meals over the course of the day, and maintain eating not less tan fifteen hundred calories a day. The reason for fifteen hundred calories a day is it's much easier to cover the various nutrients. Going below that without meal planning leaves to much risk of developing deficiencies, in some of the essential nutrients. It requires more than a rudimentary knowledge of diet, and nutrition, than what is learned in school, to go below that, with some carriage in some that can be covered the next day.

Remember while doing this that you should only lose 1 pound a week and that 3500 calories is 1 pound. Make sure you don't become deficient though!
