    This is no miracle , that's for sure. However, with some exercise, you can go a long way towards your desired weight. I weight myself weekly and it seems that I am losing an average of 2 pounds a week. I do not how long this will keep up, but at least I know that Weight loss green store tea has already worked for me.

    Nope. Not at all. I eat 3 times a day and have lost 12 pounds already. Nor can I exercise. Go figure.

    That's one theory. If you prefer eating three times a day, you can lose via calorie count and increased activity

    yes it does, eating from the four food groups and eating small over that time period will help increase your metabolic rate
