Sometimes, life is unfair.

You could ask your teacher to rationalize the grades she gave you, and then challenge her reasons and/or talk to someone of higher authority.

You say she's fat -- that has nothing to do with the grades she gave you and it's disrespectful, so you should've kept that out.

You also say she's prejudiced -- in what ways is she prejudiced and why, and is that prejudice something you can prove to someone of higher authority?

I am sure that there is another side to your whining. Face it, you lack responsibility, and you blame others for your downfall. Grow the hell up, an employer is not going to take that attitude. If it is still an unjust situation, then you make an appointment with the chair of the department that you have the issue, and go from there.

Let me guess. You were LATE with the work and she didn't accept it because it was past the deadline for handing it in. Now you blame HER for your tardiness, because you're not prepared to accept the responsibility for your own errors.

Do your comments reflect the general quality of work you hand in for evaluation? Based on the basic grammatical and usage errors in both your "question" and comments it is surprising your instructor allowed you to redo the assignment. In addition if you read your original question you should see that it is not a question. What is your question?

If the class was English you are LUCKY you got the F and not anything worse. You are obviously a LAZY student so try LEARNING and hand in work on time in future.
