How will the courts deal with Ronald King, 86, charged over shooting his wife in old people's home?

    He will have to go through the ordeal of a trial and no doubt be charged with murder. The CPS in the UK have no sense and the poor old man will most probably die in prison.

    I presume he has dementia and the court will class it as a mental problem and he will spend the rest of his life in a mental hospital

    Gently I hope. To him this was a mercy killing, he could not stand to see her suffer anymore.
