Ladies: Do you think you could live on assuming there were no men on earth?

Hopefully once mankind is obliterated and only woman kind exist at least one of those women is a doctor that specializes in in vitro fertilization and can impregnate women with sperm and embryos that had somehow not been destroyed in the hot pepper eating contest/ beer guzzling contest/ farting into a fire and peeing onto an electric fence contest that somehow caused all men to spontaneously combust/ fry to death or go on space missions to other galaxies. I once lived 13 weeks of my life with minimal contact with men while in Marine Corps boot camp. I really missed talking to men and the girls were all catty. I wouldn't want to live in a world with just ladies but I wouldn't want to die just because all the men were gone either.

In a parthogenic world how would they known anything different?
