Small lump on left side of neck. Under skin. When I touch it, it feels like a small ball. Im worried about this.. what can it be?

you can't see it, but you feel it when you touch the left side of my neck.

    Sounds like a lymph node

    Most likely a cyst. Go to a dermatologist and they can get rid of it.
