How come I cannot submit my comment ???? Is it because the people ( who have control) do not like or agree with my comment???

    The person has either a) blocked you or b) the website is playing up.

    It's probably just a glitch. Just reload the browser or wait until the next day to comment.

    On YA, you are either blocked or it is a glitch.

    If on a mobile, always use Desktop mode.

    If you mean comments on Yahoo News, do a good cache clean, shutdown, and reboot.

    Probably the person has you blocked.
