Can't log in on my pc's Windows Vista. I enter password and get the message:?
Update:
"The User Profile Service service failed the logon. User profile cannotbe loaded". Any idea what I can do to rectify this situation please?

Try making sure you have an Ethernet cable plugged in or your internet is working. That might be the problem
