When you ask a question which you place in 'News & Events', but find it placed elsewhere later in the day, who can you report?
My last few questions over the past six months have obviously been either 'Current Events' - or in the News & Events section, but recently have found a couple moved elsewhere, with the two favourite categories being either 'Family or Relationships' - or even weird, 'Pregnancy and Parenting'.
Why do people do such things - and can I stop it happening?
Not only that - but someone has decided to target my questions and answers and has reported them - for no apparent reason, but as they are apparently in Level 7, they're taken notice of. I tried to appeal one last week, and after spending a fair time composing me appeal, was treated with this message 'Sorry, unable to open Appeal page.' And it went on and on and on, and so I copied my appeal, and might try it again later today.

You can't stop it sorry. Yahoo staff gave Level 7 users the ability to move questions so they could relocate those that the sorting algorithm got wrong; sadly, they forgot to factor in that some Level 7 users managed to get there despite being poorly behaved trolls who wielded their authority inappropriately.
All you can do is patiently return them where they belong, gather up links to them (even after you moved them back, if you want) and send a list of the links to staff at y_answrs_team@yahoo.com (missing 'e' is deliberate) with a brief explanation of what is happening. They can, if they choose, investigate who is doing it and chastise them with point removal, even demotion back to Level 6. It has happened in the past; however, not recently, and currently it seems they are just ignoring the issue and hoping it cures itself.

There is a user on News and Events who thinks that he owns the site and if he isn't moving people's questions he's reporting them.
Yahoo do nothing about it even though numerous people have complained.

Level 7s are probably moving your questions just for the sake of moving questions. There is no way to prevent this however you can move your questions back to where they're meant to be. You can gather up the lnks to the questions they are moving and send them to the prire mentioned address however Yahoo seem to be ignoring these emails at the moment. It has been known, in the past, for trolls to be put back to level 6 for constant abuse of this feature.
