I have 28 years...kinda over weight .. i have been feeling dehydrated for the last 4 days plus lots of consitipation... not sure if related.?

Update:

Iam tryin to lose some weight so not eating like before....plus doing some exercises from time to time

but whenever i drink...15 mins later i feel my dry are lips and thirsty...

any reason

    You are dehydrated. And, just a fun fact, if you're dehydrated, you will gain more weight...I'm not sure the exact science but I know that's how it works. Basically, if you're not drinking water a LOT to make up for all the liquids your sweating out when exercising, your body is going to run on empty. Water also helps make everything internally go smooth, which is why you're constipated. In short, yes, everything is related!

    DRINK MORE WATER! MAKE UP FOR ALL THE WATER YOU LOSE WHEN EXERCISING! IT'S IMPORTANT!

    4 days of constipation? That is poison. Take magnesium or use epsom salts and do a salt water flush. Works fast.

    drink lots of water and gatorade and vitamins. Stay away from junk food!
