I'm getting grief from a car dealer what to do?
I sold my car to a dealer in November and sent off the logbook the dealer rang me shouting I have not sent it when I have a slip returned from DVLA thanking me for informing them I no longer have the car.
So the dealer says they will get a log book and fill it out from me to them but how can they when it's registered to them already?

Just send the dealer a COPY of the letter you have from DVLA.
The car is no longer yours, if the dealer does as he's suggests he is creating a fraudulent document..
Keep your letter from DVLA safe.

Give them a copy of the form and any reference number, so they can chase the documents from dvla themselves.
