Old school mechanics it's all about putting people down when they make a mistake at work, that's they're mentally, as soon as you turn your back on any of them they start talking trash about any one. I feel alone among them because I'm not like them .

Been in that environment and it's very difficult to change it, it really starts at the top but even if you make positive changes some things can be out of your control.
I would suggest looking for another job, probably best to get out of that backstabbing environment asap
