What is up with Microsoft Edge?
Last night, updated my graphic drivers, then I couldn't open Edge, so I restarted computer. Then all my favorites in Edge are gone and all its setting are back to default.

Updating the graphics driver has nothing to do with Microsoft Edge. Something else has gone wrong. It sounds more like a windows update installed at the same time and when you rebooted it glitched the Edge stuff. Just guessing without seeing the PC myself.
It almost sounds as if you are on a different profile than yours, with it losing everything this way.
Turn the computer off (power down) and leave it off for a few minutes. Then restart and see what you get. If your stuff is still missing, then go into system restore and do a restore to a date just prior to all of this. See if it brings everything back. If it does, then try your graphics update again and see if it glitches out Edge. It shouldn't, but if it does, then you will know for sure the driver is behind this (though I really don't think so, this is the only way to know for sure) And of course if screws things up again just system restore again but don't install that driver again. Wait until the manufacturer releases a new version.
