    Ghee is merely clarified butter. And professional chefs often use it in the kitchen.

    You can also buy Ghee in some supermarkets now.

    It's just clarified butter, for those who are unfamiliar with it. But I'd love to know why you bother. I just use butter instead. I'd be really interested in your answer, Mr Reinaldok.

    gag!! ghee is just the melted oil from the butter!! Tasteless stuff and not that good!
