Why doesn't Yahoo! Answers suspend people's accounts anymore for sexually explicit harassment?

I've been harassed for 6 years straight by the same person. He's had over a dozen profiles suspended, but like a weed, he keeps coming back.

Here is an example of the latest attack: https://answers.yahoo.com/question/index?qid=20160... (You'll see it obviously in one of the answers unless someone had it removed.)

This is extremely sexually explicit, it borders on hate speech against gays, and it is a sexually explicit attack harassing me, too.

I used to be able to have posts like this removed by reporting them, but my reports go unnoticed lately. Does anyone have any information regarding how to stop a lowlife cyberbully like this?

Update:

***By the way, please don't say "change your name". That is a cowardly answer and a cowardly move and does absolutely nothing to solve the problem.

You really are an attention seeker aren't you? How many times do you need to ask this question?

PDQ:I reported him, and while I don't agree that changing your name would be cowardly, I can understand why you don't want to do it.

perhaps if you stopped going on the internet claiming you don't take care of your family and stop having your clit-o-quivering and in general stop acting like a pu-s-Sy, you wouldn't care so much

Because there exists no more staff. Everyone got fired, I think. So nobody has ability to suspend.

If people cared they would write letters to Yahoo, but no one does that. And even if that's done, it's unknown if they will even take it seriously.

Because the system is broke and all staffs are gone except the ones in India and they don't care or can't handle it all.

I don't agree . That why controls are available in technology. I reported it but have no idea if anything will happen.

sadly the staff of yahoo answers have abandoned the site, so the site is now filled with weirdos.
