Ideas for movie/tv show script?

I need to write a script for a tv show or a movie my school will shoot. Every year, my school produces a movie or a tv show with our students (acting-theater option). This year, I was put in charge of writing it. I will also probably have a role in it.

I do not want to STEAL your ideas, I want to adapt them. Also, I am not asking this because I am lazy. I just don't really have inspiration anymore. P.S.: This is for a middle school-high school.

Please no hate!!!

    We may need some specifics.

How long should the movie be, in minutes? [So we know not to suggest an epic-style idea or a five minute skit.]

Current dress or costumes? If current dress, do you want it to be about kids and teachers / parents? [so you don't need uniforms, or big kids wearing diapers or teens carrying canes and pretending to be geriatrics.]

Do you need to build sets and rent props? What costumes and props does your school have that you can use (and get inspiration from)?

How many characters do you need? How many males and females? Or does that matter?

    Are animals allowed?

Outdoor or indoor scenes, or both?

Silent or sound? Music? If music, do you need it for background, or for the cast to sing and dance?

Comedy or Drama? What genre [ie. screwball comedy, romance, horror, mystery]

How far can you push the envelope? I mean, would the school censor a movie about demon possession, or a very, very explicit love scene?
