Does the new NC law make it illegal to take my young grandson into the ladies room with me?

Or am I required to send him alone into a men's room when we are out in public? And if the ladies has a really long line and the men's is available, is it now illegal to go over and use a men's room instead? Just checking on the unintended consequences here.....

I really don't think either of those situations would be enforced. No one is going to stop a child of either sex going in to a restroom with their parent or grandparent.

As for going into the mens room if the ladies is full.. you shouldn't do that but if you did and get caught, they aren't going to arrest you. They would just tell you to get out and go wait in line.

Yeah that sucks though I've seen women 👭 going into the boys room or they can wait outside or you can try the disabled ♿ toilet 🚽 to make sure there's no one in there
