Is an employer legally obligated to accommodate an order of protection filed between coworkers?

Update:

For example, if I get an order of protection that states that the other party must stay 50 feet away from me at all times, but certain places such as the time clock, restrooms, and building entrance are within 50 feet of my work station, does the responsibility fall to me, my employer, or the other party to make the necessary adjustments to avoid violating this order?

The word is not necessary, but rather REASONABLE accommodation. The responsibility in a restraining order is against BOTH parties to obey it. If the employer sense a problem for the other employees safety, they will fire both parties

The respondent's responsibility is to stay far enough away. The employer's responsibility is to have functional employees. "But, your honor, MY EMPLOYER AUTHORIZED ME TO VIOLATE THE COURT ORDER" ain't a defense. But hey... try it. You'll see. You're fired, babe.

I wouldn't take on that extra hassle. I'd fire one or the other or both.

    No, not the employer's problem.

Yes, or they can just fire one of you.
