    The first is an aptasia anemone, usually kill them as soon as I see one. They're considered a pest in any tank with small fish and corals, but in a FOWLR tank they're not as harmful.

    Killing them is difficult. Some shrimp or crabs may eat them, but usually you have to use one of the products or methods to kill them. The best way involves making a device that electrocutes/fries them. I've impaled them with hypodermic needless and injected them with bleach or a caustic strength alkalinity booster solution, ,, and still had them live; annoying as hell.

    The second picture is a colony of some kind of coral I assume, not really sure but they're a good thing.

    There will be thousands of living things on healthy live rock, most are desirable, unfortunately the aptasia aren't.
