Why do I have a headache (please read description)?
I went snorkeling a few weeks ago and since I got out of the water I have had a bad headache an im always really tired and get dizzy super easily and never feel refreshed I dove down a few times and that really made it hurt so I went back to the surface and was fine after but now I just have a superbad headache please help me with some answers as to why I hvave this headache

Drink a cup of plain dark coffee no sugar or cream, and at night hold your breath while down my as many ppl push ups possible.
If none of that helps lay on your bed with ur head sticking out for about 30mins
