Why do my windshield wiper blades stick and how do I stop them from doing that?

I just replaced my windshield wiper blades on my car and they work fine when there is rain or the window is wet. But if the window is dry (after they finish wiping) they will stick and skip. So what can I do to stop them from doing that?

Update:

its clear to me from the answers thus fart that those posting don't have a clue as to what is causing the problem. So I will leave the question a bit longer to see if any knowledge person has an answer to what CAUSES wiper blades to stick. And for the record I did not buy cheap wiper blades!!!

Update 2:

THE ANSWER TO THE QUESTION IS you must replace windshield wipers with factory replacements made specifically for your car.

    Try Silicone blades.
