It would be a better idea to sell leashes throughout the zoo, or even offer them for free to people with more than one kid with them. Then wait and hear reactions on that.

Maybe you should research what a 200 pound socialized chimpanzee (not the only time a chimp has mauled a human, fyi) can do to a full grown adult, then apply your critical thinking skills to what a 400 lb gorilla could do to a toddler of 3.
