I don't know what else to do for the anxiety and depression I go through?
I've been trying different medications for a long time some have worked for a bit. Some side effects though. I'm not really sure if there's any other way to deal with just being depressed having no motivation some days feeling like nothing. Anxiety if I'm depressed for to long. It's just like a cycle. Any tips?

Well, if you're not working at using your brain to change the way you think and to make positive life changes, then you're going to continue with this issue. There is an abundance of online information for Depression Self-Help. Take the information you find might work for you and apply it to your daily life. Continually, not for just a day or a week.
And force yourself to get up and move around.... try exercising for about 20 minutes every day, an get out and walk for a half hour or so.
Sure we all feel like doing nothing some days, it's normal even for those of us who aren't depressed (but i used to be). I stay active, i force myself to exercise when i don't feel like it, i walk my dog about three miles a day, sometimes more. I make sure i keep my mind occupied as well. I get out with a friend sometimes, and i do things with family at times, too. You can't just isolate and avoid the world, you know.
I also force myself to get to work each day. I work for myself, so i either thrive or fail. I don't want to fail, that's for sure.
Motivation -- well, this is an interesting thing because i'd say more than half the time most of us are not motivated at all... so we have to get up, and just do whatever it is we need to do in order to improve our lives. I just make myself do things, whether i like it or not... it usually takes a few minutes for me to be happy i did!
