Is this a good workout plan for my first week?

So first i do, 4 sets of 10 reps of seated bicep curls, 4 sets of 10 reps of normal curls, 3 sets of 10 push ups, 5 sets of 10 sit ups, and then 20 mins cardio. Ima do this everyday for a week

    This is a terrible work out plan for a beginner or for anyone.....
