Smoking on hospital and government properties?
Why hasn't the tobacco companies taken on government and hospitals that do not allow smoking on their properties. You're more likely to get cancer form exhaust fumes on the interstate highways then an open environment where someone is smoking!

Smoking creates smoke.
People can choose to smoke for themselves but have no right to inflict it on others.
Passive smoke can cause problems for others.
It can trigger severe asthmatic attacks on some people.
It can trigger coughing fits in some people.
It can cause severe discomfort for some people.
only a small % of the population still smoke, what entitles them to inflict their poor lifestyle choice on others?
