Is this a good workout schedule?

Tell me if this sounds good or nah, so

Monday: back and chest

Tuesday:shoulder and arms

Wednesday:legs and abs

Thursday: back and chest

Friday:shoulder and arms

Saturday: legs and abs

Sunday:rest

I do cardio everyday tho

    You're over training. You should rest after day 3. So do your 3 day split, rest on day 4 then start from day 1 again. Instead of doing cardio everyday just do cardio on your rest days. Doesn't make sense to do cardio and weights on the same day.
