none of my pictures will open up,all I get are the big blue e's of internet explorer...what do I do?

Got to Default Programs in Control Panel and set the appropriate program to open them. That is E for Edge, not IE. And Edge seems to want to take over open anything it can regardless of capability. Another first for Microsoft.

Right click on one of your pictures and an small menu should pop up. Click on OPEN WITH. Another small menu will pop up. Click on the program that your want to view pictures in such as Windows Photo Viewer. Good luck!
