Why am I not Receiving Emails from Yahoo Answers as to my Level or Status on Yahoo Answers?

Just created a New Yahoo account to use on Yahoo Answers and I am not receiving the notifications from Y.A. as to my status or the leveal I am at or if any of my answers were selected.

Is there a setting I am missing or is there a problem with Y.A.?

Update:

Please answer my question and NOT provide a Phone Number that does not work.

    Yahoo no longer sends out email notifications. That is why you aren't getting them.
