Starting wages as a flight instructor - about the only entry-level job you can get right out of flight school - are typically less than $2,000 per month. Starting wages for copilots at a regional airline or small cargo / courier company, both of which require far more experience than a beginning flight instructor does are about the same. You might want to watch this humorous video to get a more or less truthful idea of what you can expect:
