2004 corolla getting p0441 p0442 and p0446 for emissions but only when it rains?

Update:

i know its a vacumn leak and incorrect air flow and vcv valve circuit. it can be sunny for ten days and no check engine light the it starts to rain and the check engine light comes on

    Check the wire connections on the ,vacuum control valve (VSV...Vacuum switching valve, )the red wire often has a poor chrimp connection, you can solder it ...My guess is the damp air causes the wire issue to set CEL..while you're there do an ohms test ,the valve should be 30-39ohms.
