Microsoft doesn't recognize a new video card needed for Windows 10 Update. How can I fix this.?
Tried to update from Windows 7 to 10. Received the message my NVIDIA GeForce 7300SE/7200GS wasn't compatible with Windows 10. Replaced old video card with a new NVIDIA GeForce 210. Device Manager recognizes this new video card and the old video card doesn't show. However, MS is still saying my computer can't be upgraded to Windows 10 because it's still seeing the old video card. What is the workaround?

Go into BIOS and explicitly deactivate this video system. That way it will only see your newer Geforce 210. Or in some systems, it might require that you go into BIOS and set a detection priority, where you let the video card sitting in your PCI or PCI-Express slot to get detected first, before detecting the built-in video.
Also alternatively, it says that Nvidia's 309.08 driver is the latest version that supports that chipset. Upgrade to that version, and do the Windows 10 upgrade, and once you're already running on Windows 10, just disable that adapter in the device manager.
