Microsoft doesn't recognize my new video card that was needed to upgrade to Windows 10. Old video card is gone from Device Manager. Repair?

Did you install the driver disk? That came with the card? Is the card disable under device manager.
And I hope you did not buy an ati board to go with a intel processor.
Did you enable the board in bios?
