Ps, they never checked his background when he was hired, or anyone's who works there. Yet they told me that they are kind of a second chance stop for a lot of people.

no they aren't. if that was the case anyone could get info on someone if they know where they work. The only way you could do something is if you had proof and took it to the cops.
