23 years old 20k living at home. Any suggestions on where/how to move and what type of businesses to start?
In terms of a career or business, I have to have a job where I am not sitting all day, a non sedentary job. I used to work restaurant and am interested in business, so that is always an option. But i don't even know where to start. I am just overwhelmed by the fact that I have so many options.

You should do one or the other, not both at the same time. You could start a small business like painting, window washing, car detailing, landscaping, pool maintenance, something where all you would need to do is buy supplies in order to be able to start working. You shouldn't move out until your business is generating a good income. You don't want to sign a lease if you are not positive you can pay the rent every month or that will ruin your credit and end up with an eviction on your record.
