My garden is currently overgrown with cucumbers. What's you favorite recipe for them?

    Gurken waschen und grob raffeln. Salz und Pfeffer dazugeben. Ein bisschen Olivenöel, nach Geschmak auch grob geraffelte Baumnüsse beimischen, dann alles mit Joghurt vermischen (1.5% Fett) und mit frischem Dill garnieren.

    So haben Sie eine feine kalte Sommersuppe - wenig Kalorien und viel Vergnügen! Guten Appetit!

    I don't have an actual recipe, but I really like to put cucumber slices on turky sandwhiches

    My recipe: cut it in slices and salt it. Tastes delicious!
