3. How many members would they have for one football team in highschool?

1) We had 3 full time coaches for varsity and JV. The 8th and 9th grade coaches worked with varsity/JV during preseason. So there were 7 paid coaches during preseason.
2) Our assistant head coach also coached track but all sports had different contracts for the coaches.
3) We had 80 or so in 10-12 on varsity. The 10th and 11th graders who played in two or fewer quarters of the varsity game dressed for JVs on Monday.
4) 10th-12th all practiced together and dressed for varsity.
5) No. You have to have possession of the ball in the end zone, score a safety on defense, or kick a field goal.
BTW, they rarely pass in high school.

1. Usually 2-3 coaches
2. Yes, different sports have their own coaches
3. a lot, as there is usually two teams, JV, and Varsity, if there is 2 teams then i would guess around 80-100 people
4. Yes, JV is 9th-10th grade, while varsity is 11th-12th, but of course if you are 9th or 10th grade and really good you go up to Varsity right away.
5.? rules are still the same, with minor variations.
