I've been dating my girlfriend for about two months. She's 21 and in college. She's very edgy and has that sexy edge persona to her. I'm not, and I'm very innocent. The thing is, she smokes weed a lot, but won't do it in front of me. She says that she doesn't want me to "see her like that" and I don't understand? Sometimes when I go over to her place and her friends are there, she'll smell like marijuana, so I don't see the problem?

Since you seem to be ' innocent' to her, she may think you have something against smoking or not really understand it. Next time you talk to her express an interest in it and maybe she will be more open to doing it in front of you. Also, if it is a newer relationship, get to know her better and that may do the trick too!

she might not want you to judge her because it's something that you dont do. OR she may not want to see you fall down the same path as her, doing drugs. She probably admires your innocence and doesnt want to influence or pressure you to do anything you dont want to do.
