Why is the average citizen of USA so clueless about what's structurally & socially wrong with this nation currently?

What exactly is so wrong with our country right now? The United States has the biggest economy, much more freedom than most countries, we have free elections, the United States helps other countries like Israel from terror attacks, sends more foreign aid than any other country, and almost everything is invented in the United States, like light bulb, car, TV, phone, and so on.

But, remember many people are clueless of their own nation's social ills.

Americans are up front with theirs and try change it.

When it is so obvious that if they would only do it the way you want, then everything would be perfect? Have you ever wondered why everyone before you was so stupid, and that you are the first smart person who has the answers? And, of all things, it is real close to what they taught you in school?

It's almost like people have different opinions.

because they've been fooled by the conservative movement
