Can I have some advice, please?
I'm a guy and I've been dating my girlfriend for a couple of months. She really loves back massages. The thing is, she has what I think is a VERY sexy tattoo on her upper back and I love it. I would love to give her those back massages she likes, but I would love it even more if she would take off her shirt (she could leave her bra on I don't care) so I could massage and rub on her tattoo. Is this weird? Should I bring it up to her?

Dude, tell her to take off her shirt. So you can reach her back better.
No girl over 18 is going to let you touch her back repeatedly if she doesn't want tyou touching her MORE.
Or just SAY to her "Your bra is in the way." Chances are she will take it off. She could always say no, or not take it off. But if she has a tattoo - she took off her bra when she got the tattoo.
Women want guys to TELL them to do the stuff that they (the women) WANT to do anyway. So you just TELL them to take off their shoes to get more comfortable. Then you just TELL them to take off their shirt while you rub their back,
You don't yell it, or argue about it. You just say it matter of factly, like "wipe your feet before you come in the door" or "pick up that trash you just dropped" or "take off your shirt and I'll rub your back". with a smile.
