Here's the logic:

I'm a Republican and I'm American.

Democrats don't agree with me, so that makes them un-American.

Un-American people like the terrorists, so

Democrats and Liberals like the terrorists.

It's ridiculous.

They don't. They despise them. However, everyone has a history and reason for becoming who he is. Explaining a criminal mind is a job for a psychiatrist. But we see that terrorists believe they are doing the right thing, either because ISIS promises money for their families, or because they are stupid enough to believe they are acting religiously despite the condemnation of all Islamic clergy.
