As long as she's shorter than him a girl's height is comparatively less important for guys than men's height is to girls. A lot of girls rank height as one of the most important physical traits in a guy, whereas guys would rank it much lower than things like body type, age, face, smile, and complexion. A guy usually needs to be tall to be sexy, but a girl can be pretty much any height and still be considered sexy by many guys!

It's not the height that matters. It's the woman. If she's the right woman for you, then her height doesn't matter.

It's not real critical. I prefer shorter. I think that taller girls seem to be suitable for taller men, that way there's somebody for everyone, so to speak.
