Did my ex girlfriend text as an excuse?

My girlfriend left me July 4th. We kept minimal contact because she would act very mean to me. I tried sending her flowers and roses and nothing worked. I called her and after a whole month of being broken up we had a very beautiful talk. We spoke over the phone for 2 hours she told me that her family didn't want us to be together anymore. We continued the conversation and she told me she loved me and missed me. She has been brainwashed by her family since she left me. The following day, she text me and she snapped claiming things that her uncle had told her. She called me a liar and told me she wasn't ready to see me, after that she said she didn't want to be with me anymore to stop bugging her. So after a month and a half, I finally blew her off. I told her, "I will stay away, I won't call you or text u anymore. I think I've humiliated myself enough. I hope your happy. Whenever you feel the need to talk to me, you have my number. Ily. Goodbye" before I sent that text she had told me she was going to block my number and she didn't. She normally blocks it instantly and this time she didn't. She read my text and didn't reply. I wasn't expecting a reply sincerely thinking that was it. A day and a half later, I receive a text from her, "please send me my necklaces" it was wierd because when we stop talking we go weeks without any communication and I'm the one that cracks. This time it was her. Do u guys think it was an excuse to text me since I blew her off for the first time?
