Weight is how we perceive the force of gravity on a mass.
The force of gravity on the surface of the moon is 16.54% the gravity on the surface of the moon.
A black cab "weighs" about 1/6th what it would "weigh" on Earth.
Same for a white cab or a yellow cab or any other object with mass.

Weight is relative. The moon in space has no weight at all, a black cab on earth has a weight. With different refernces anything can weigh any weight.
Simple answer, yes it CAN even though the moons MASS is far greater.
