Why is "hate" so easily interchanged with "disagree"?

Update:

Every time I hear/read a liberal interpretation of anything and the word "hate" is used -- I replace it with the word "disagree" and it always makes more sense.

Such as --

"Hate" speech..."disagree" speech.

I don't think it's that easily mistaken or interchanged. lol

To disagree means to not see things the same and maybe debate about the subjects.

Hate...that's when someone makes it clear they can't stand a person or group of people.... and sometimes, someone will turn a disagreement into a hate situation.
