If you need a court order of protection or restraining order against your petitioner (spouse?), you need to return to your country with the most extreme urgency! You should have fled before this. The life you save WILL be your own! Abusers escalate, and your abuser can track you down anywhere if you attempt to remain in the US. Get a plane ticket back to your country, or expect you could very well be DEAD before you get a green card. You are in danger, and no green card is worth dying for.

no petitioner means no green card ..start packing to return to your home country

Of course it will, they are not stupid.
And what "Threat" did the person present to you.
Can you Prove it... you have to petition the court to "protect" you from some sort of violence.
