What evidence does Islam have that Christianity changed the true teaching about Jesus Christ?

Islam is a counterfeit of Christianity. It's no different than a fake $100. It will fool most people but cannot fool anyone that knows what a real $100 denomination looks like. There is no refuting their lies because they claim we are lying. What we can do, however, is look at the accuracy of claims about the natural world and judge the teachings by their fruits. In both cases, Islam falls flat on its face.

Thinking about that we are talking about a spirit person with the power to create the Universe and make this planet habitable. No one to date can even make a single cell omeba. Yet, god made very complex creatures. Even humans with a brain.

yet, he could not by holy spirit make a book read the way he wants it to read? yet they believe a book with many false hoods and errors the Koran is the exact word of God? which I do not believe. Thankfully, we have "freedom of religion" so I do not have to believe what they do and they do not have to believe the bible. Which I see as the word of God. St. Paul was a disciple of Christ and so with the power of holy spirit he wrote many chapters in the bible. As a secretary writes for a master he wrote for God.

Paul was Roman Centurian. Trained and tasked to Kill all participants in any religious uprisings. At the time his name was Saul.

Jesus from heaven ended up appearing to Saul one day, and he became converted and named Paul. and started Christianity as we know it.
